Have no heat.
heating element, thermal cut-off. high limit thermostat and thermal fuse all check ok.
I have 120vac from motor centrifugal switch l2 circuit to one side of the heating element
and through the heater element.
However, if I disconnect the other side, I do not get my 120vac out of the timer.
There is 0vac on both sides of the thermal cut-off.
Sounds like a bad timer.
Please help.

Hello
Are you getting 220 volts into the unit ? You went through line #1 ( Black) all of your fuses and thermostats. Line #2 white is wired :
1) Through the door switch.
2) Through the push to start switch.
3) Through the centrifugal switch.
If all are good line one and two you should have 220 to the heating element. I am sure you checked element for continuity. Matt Ace technician

Yes , I am getting good 220vac to the machine and it runs just fine. Only thing is I am only getting 110vac to the heating element from the motor.

It does sound like you have a bad timer. If all fuses and wiring i line between the timer and element are good I would assume your timer is faulty.
