Hi Folks,
This is a GE HydroWave unit. Once the start switch is pressed, no matter what setting, the pump comes on and stays on. The lights on the motor indicate normal conditions. In field service mode the unit fills, agitates and spins but once out of the field service mode you press the start switch and the pump comes on and stays on! What do you all think? All responses greatly appreciated.

I would by checking the pressure switch tube to make sure there are no obstructions. This is a common issue and could cause you exact symptoms. Matt Ace technician
