Door lock flashes and won t power off

No error codes display. When running diagnostics it drains at C:00, advances to C:01 and begins to fill but with hot, then stops. The door lock flashes and when I press pause/cancel the lock led flashes rapidly and if I press power off it doesn’t’ respond . I can unplug the washer release the lock , leave the door open,plug it in and repeat the process. When I try a normal cycle it locks and will not fill and have to go thru the routine. I can’t run the complete diagnostic test only to C:01 . What can I do?
