I cannot get the unit to go Into the Diagnostic mode

I went to service a Frigidaire Infinity washer today, I cannot get the unit to go
Into the Diagnostic mode, Only two lights on the Console will light up. I replace the Control
Module and still get the same results, need some Help or direction..
