looking for a service manual or assistance if anyone has heard of this problem its is a french door with ice maker up in refrig section and we replaced the Ice maker and the fresh food thermistor problem customer is stating the ice cubes are soft and melting what might i be missing .

Are you getting 0ºF in the ice room? How about in the freezer below? This sounds like a mechanical or seled system issue. If your getting zero degrees you should have frozen cubes, if not look at what is causing the rise in temperature.
