For this kind of problem, do we need clips only for this problem or we have to worry about the ICe Maker and argue motor replacement? Thank you.

Hi. I have attached a service bulletin for this issue for you. I’m not sure I understand the “clips” you had mentioned. There are a few different causes and solutions in the service manual that you will want to take a look at. I have also attached the service manual on this unit.
