how to trouble shoot, the ice maker that is not making ice at all
i have replaced the front door user interface module on ice dispenser, and also the water valve and the rear board behind the refrigerator, but notice that the old rear board on the refrigerator is a version 8.5 and the new one i installed is a 7.8 version, i don’t know if that makes a diffrence?

Otoniel, they constantly are changing the board version. If you looked it by the model number it should be the correct board. I would call your parts distributor and verify by the model number you have the correct board. They sometimes make mistakes. We have made a few videos on the Elextrolux ice makers.
