I’ve cleared and unjammed this ice maker multiple times but it keeps happening. Should I just replace it? Can’t find any issues with water hose, valves, door assembly, etc.

Yes, unfortunately it sounds like you need a new ice maker unit in there. Part # is 5303918277 and I’ll add a link and video to help you out with this.
