Ice maker leaks water inside ice room when filling up. I have replaced the ice maker and the water valves. Any suggestions

Where is the water leaking from. Does the ice maker get too much water and overflow? Or is the water leaking out from the fill tube area or fill cup? I can’t think of anything else if you replaced the ice maker and inlet valve. The incoming water pressure could be to much causing this or the fill tube partially frozen or could have a hole.
