the power failure alarm was on. could not turn it off the alarm on the door control because nothing was working. i unpluged and pluged it now the refrigerator comes on for couple second and goes off and does not stay on. it goes off an on what do i need to change to fix this problem

From your description is sounds like you may need to replace the main power board on the unit. The main board sits behind the kick panel on the lower front of the unit. You will need a Phillips head screwdriver and a 1/4 inch nut driver to replace the board.
When you say it comes on for a few seconds and then shuts off, what is turning on and off? The compressor or the power to the whole unit? If it is just the compressor you are talking about you may have a problem with the overload relay for the compressor. If the unit is loosing power it most likely will be that board.
The attached video is not your exact model but the repair should be very similar.
