the unit won’t start up. i’m thinking that one of the boards are bad but need to verify root of the issue. thanks in advance.

Hi. This does sound like a main control board issue. I would bet its your issue if you are not getting power to the fans or compressor. I have attached the tech sheet for you on this unit. Also, if the drain tube on this unit has not been updated yet I would install the updated drain tube kit. P# W10619951
