This fridge has a defrost issue. I checked the bi-metal thermostat and ohms of the heater which checked out good. Does the main board down by the compressor control defrost in this unit?
Apparently this board is is not available and will have to be sent in for rebuild. Thank you in advance.

I have had two in 3 months and both showed good defrost t-stats. Replaced t-stats on both and that took care of the defrost problem. You also must check that defrost heater is good. This is the W10219463 control, one which must be sent in to be rebuilt. It controls the adaptive defrost cycling.
