When filling washer leaks at detergent dispenser and puddles at left front corner. Took tub ring off everything looks in good shape . Customer has a water softener so the rock hard water we have here is not the trouble. Any suggestions sure would help. Everything looks in good shape. Thank you.

There is a new dispenser kit for this issue. I have attached the service pointer for you to view. According to the chart provided in the service pointer, model number(s) WTW8800YC* would take new dispenser kit part number W10187307
