When you say there is no pressure to the top, I assume you are saying the top spray arm is not rotating. If so, make sure you have proper water pressure to the unit. If your not sure that it is getting enough water, after the unit fills at the beginning of the cycle, open the door and add a few big cups of water from the sink. Then start it back up and see if it makes a difference. If the top starts to rotate will the extra water added, then you will need to correct the water level. It could not be getting enough water pressure to the unit (shut off valves are common to get clogged) or the inlet valve could need to be replaced. If the unit is getting proper water and still no top arm rotation, then the sump area/ filter could be clogged reducing water pressure. With the water leak, you may need to pull the unit out to find out exactly where that water is coming from if you can not see if from the bottom. Sounds like the drain pump or the drain hose. Replace which ever one you find causing the leak.
