My vent microwave exhaust fan does not work on the low speed but works fine on the high speed.
I have tried unplugging, waiting and plugging back in with no effect.
All other buttons on the touch pad seem to work just fine.
Any diagnosis tips or is there an obvious solution?

Hi. This issue you are having could be from a faulty relay on the control board or a bad fan motor. I have attached links for both parts. Also, I attached a video that will give you the basic idea of what needs to be done to gain access to the fan motor. Its not the same model you have but the same steps will need to be taken. Another video I have attached shows how to gain access to the control board. IF you need any further help just let me know.
