I can dispense water but not ice. I took the ice maker out and found a couple ice cubes in the forms and some empty ones. It dropped one ice cube the other day. I couldn’t find an ice blockage anywhere. How do I know if I need a new ice maker , valve, or other part?

Wade, it sounds like you have low water pressure due to a plugged saddle valve or a solenoid valve. I would start by replacing the saddle valve and then go to the solenoid valve if you don’t have a have a full tray of ice in 48 hours. See the video links below of the repairs you will need.
