Maytag washer starts spinning clockwise during the agitation cycle then overflows.
During the agitation cycle the tub goes from the small jerks into a fast clockwise spin.
Help?

Thanks for the answer. Is it possible that it could have something to do with the brake package?

Like the brake package not releasing or sticking?
