This microwave has a stuck or defective power selector button on the keypad but Whirlpool does not supply any parts for it other than the turntable components.
I’ve checked several sources and they all show the turntable components as the only available parts.
Unit three years old and parts obsolete!

Whirlpool says this is a non-serviceable microwave and there are no
parts available for it. These came with new only replacement warranties.
You might want to give one of the microwave specialty parts supply
like Global (800-325-8488) or AMI (800-442-3600)
