Fridge freezes behind the back panel until the fan at first makes noise (hitting the ice) then stops and the fridge starts to get warm. When I remove the back panel I can see the ice is everywhere and there is a big lump of Ice around a wire or tube on the right, then at the bottom of the evaporator (I think that’s what you call it) so the drain at the bottom is all iced over. I have gone thru this process of taking it apart and defrosting it, each time within a few weeks we are back to square one. I saw a video of one of your guys fixing an issue in a very similar model in a video on your site called “Refrigerator Repair – Not cooling properly, freezing up on the back panel -Samsung – RF266AEPN” I Looks exactly like my issue, I just need to know the exact parts I need to do the job. Can you help.

HI. I have attached a link to purchase you defrost system parts. The evaporator assembly comes with all the defrost parts. You will not need to replace the evaporator. If you have determined you have a defrost issue, this will fix it for you. If you need any help just let me know.

This sounds like a plugged drain assembly. You will need to defrost unit for 12 hours and pour hot water down the drain. Use a turkey baster to make sure its unplugged.
