I replaced the touchpad panel about 2 weeks ago and now it is acting up. It finished a cycle and the clean light came on but two other LEDs came on faintly and are now constantly on…….nothing can make them go out .
The LEDs are for the “Potscrub” and “Heat Dry” if that helps any.
I hope the panel isn’t toast already and if so WHY??

Okay so I got a warranty replacement touch pad panel and it seems to be fine for now!! What are the odds of getting a DOA new panel??? Not too happy!! Just glad warranty on my parts are a year with the place I bought them online from!! Only had to cover shipping which was reasonable anyway.

I guess the panel is faulty! I have reset and check all connections. I wonder how too much humidity or heat would get into the panel? Could a door seal be bad already? or what about a vent? Things look good and this dishwasher is only 2 years old maybe 3 tops!! It is frustrating!

I have seem many of these control panels have this issue with the LEDS staying lit or dim. Looks like you have a faulty control panel. If excessive moisture or heat entered the control area it could have damaged the control panel. Check your connections and reset the unit by turning power of to it for 5 mins. IF connections are good and resetting it does not work then you have a bad control panel. I attached a link to the part for you.
