I have no cool in freezer but refrigerator is fine. Any suggestions and also no error codes came up

Have you run this through the self diagnostic test for stored error codes? If not go to page #60 on the service manual link below. A no cool in the freezer cold mean a number of possibilities including : Sealed system issue, defrost issue , Evaporator fan motor …Exct…. Matt Ace technician
