There is no water in the ice maker tray. Water pressure is good. I tried the test switch and it did not actuate the cycle, rotate and fill. Is this a bad ice maker? The ice sensor test passed. There is good air flow. I did not get a good temperature.reading.

I have provided a complete ice maker diagnostic & troubleshooting guide link below. Go to page #63 for ice maker section. You will need to make sure you are running between -5 degrees and +5 degrees in the freezer section so the ice maker will harvest. If you have good temperatures force the ice maker through the test below. Then go to page #63 for the complete troubleshooting steps to determine you exact issue. Matt Ace technician
ICE MAKER TEST CODE
To force water to supply to the ice tray, or check icemaker’s condition press and hold the FILL Key for about 3seconds. In the test mode, The icemaker will run through 3 stages step by step: Harvest – Fill water – Ice making.
