No ice in either ice maker top or bottom. water comes through dispenser. freezer and top ice maker compartment are well frozen and ice makers are both turned on. What could be my problem ? Ref was turned off for several days and defrosted prior for fresh food evap heater replacement.

Hello
If you are getting proper temperatures in both sections and the ice makers are in the on position, run the unit through the diagnostic mode. You will be able to see any stored error codes and run both of the ice makers through a harvest cycle. See manual link below for testing.
