Go to the links below in the Job Aid section component testing 5-1 section and the Diagnosis & Troubleshooting section 6-1. There are many possible causes for this issue but by going through these sections you should be able to find you problem. Matt Ace technician

Thank you, just what I needed. I found no 110 volts at dispenser. The wire from the freezer light switch had 110 volts going out, but the wire in the liner was broken and no 110 volts at the bottom freezer door disconnect. No way to correct that problem.
