The fan inside the Freezer behind the plastic grill spins against the back wall of the freezer causing a noise every time the fan comes on. It must be building up frost on it or something because it is intermittent. I dont know how to disassemble the unit and see whats going on. But it is loud and annoying.

With my experience, there is a problem with frost or condensation building up around the fan.Most likely you will need to replace the thermistor.
