When you start the washer all the lights go on, you cannot program a cycle, and the washer starts and has sound, water comes in, not agitating.

Hi. I found a few service bulletins that may pertain to the issue you are having. Please take a look. I have also attached the service manual for you. If you have not done so already, unplug the unit for 10 mins to reset it. Then plug in and test.
