i open the panel in the freezer and saw some frost on the coils.
but the fan was not working.
i replaced the fan and it still dose not work

Hi. I have attached the tech sheet for your unit. It explains how to enter the diagnostic mode and check for the evap fan motor operation. If the fan motor is not running in the test mode it explains to check for voltage to the fan motor. Sounds like you have a control board issue, or wiring issue if you installed the fan motor and its still not running. The diagnostic mode will be the best route to take for testing this.

This is the result 1-1 2-1 3-1 4-1 5-2 6-1 7-2 The condenser fan is running. But not the evaporator fan. How do I repair it?

Look a the tech sheet again. Step 3 of the test mode energizes the condenser fan motor. This is when you can check for voltage to the fan. For 12 volts dc at the specified wires listing in this step. If you already have replaced the fan motor then it’s likely the board is at fault or wiring.
