KitchenAid refrigerator not cooling in fresh food section. Looks like it’s a defrost issue as freezer back wall is frosted up. Looking for tech assist on how to force it to defrost, etc. Also, what are the parts for desfrosting other than heater? Curious what this fridge has for defrost, ie sensor, thermistor, etc.

What have you tried so far?
Did a visual and checked the temp. Freezer is around 7 to 11. Fresh food is 67 up top.

See the technician sheet link below. If you go to test #101 you will test the defrost heater & defrost circuit. Also make sure its draining properly as there is a recall on the drain kit. See the service bulletin link below. Matt Ace technician
