Ref is not cooling, no lights in the fresh food compartment and has a PF code. Previous tech replaced control board and user interface and still the same.
Nothing. Looked at it but have no clue since I don’t have any service manual.

Hi. I have attached the tech sheet and the service manual for this unit. When PF displayed, you must press one of the user interface buttons to clear it. Did pressing the button not work? Since the main control was replaced, maybe the issue is in the power supply board. p# WPW10624574. There is also a LED power board as well. It sounds like a power supply issue. Check your incoming voltage and for proper polarity and ground at the outlet. Even try plugging the unit into an outlet of a different circuit.
