Model Number
WRS586FLDW01
What have you tried so far?

Four weeks ago I found it frosted and programmed into the defrost mode and the heater and defrost stat were fine. I replaced the main board a week later when it came in and when I arrived to replace it the evaporator, to my suprize had no frost now. I changed the board and yesterday the custormer called and said it was frosted again. DID I REPLACE THE WRONG BOARD?

Hello
You only have two boards on this unit. The main ERC W10518658 is for the defrost cycle. The second board is the emitter board W10518659 this is for the ice maker only. If you defrosted the evaporator yesterday and its frosted again today, its not a defrost issue your having. It would take 3-6 days of missing the defrost cycle before you would see frost or cooling issues. I have linked a technician diagnostic sheet below. Run through test #6 and #7 the ( Defrost heater ? Bi-metal ) and ( Defrost test mode ) .
I would also check three more possibilitys that can cause frost .
1) Check door seals on both refrigerator & freezer thoroughly, you may have seal issues causing leakage and frost.
2) Check your ice maker mold heater to make sure it is not staying on, this will cause frost/ condensation issues.
3) Check lights in both refrigerator and freezer to make sure they are shutting off.
