I checked the water at the incoming lines and it’s there. Any thoughts? This is a fairly new machine and didn’t want to call it in under our warranty unless I really needed to.

Unfortunately, this is probably an issue with your inlet valve and we’d most likely change it out. There may be an open thermister causing it to malfunction. I’d call Whirlpool directly to have it covered under your manufacturer’s warranty. 1-800-253-1301. Good luck!
