We are serviceing a Kenmore Elite gas dryer that doesn’t dry the cloths. The Thermostat Assembly was replced but the problem continues, should the Thurmistor also be replaced or could something else be causing this problem? Any suggestions on how to proceed?

Hello, are you getting any heat at all? If you are getting heat I would check the venting. If you are not getting any heat and all components test good you may have a house power issue or a bad relay on the control board.
