The washer needs to be rebooted to power up. and will not need to be powered up if you push the power within 30 seconds. But after one minute you need to do a reboot. That is unplugging it. Do I need to replace the main control board or the touch control board?

Checked that voltage was coming to the touch control and the main control.

Hello
Have you checked the outlet for proper polarity and ground ? Are you getting any error codes after reboot ? If not go to page #22 in the Technician Service manual link below to look for stored error codes. If you do not have any stored error codes then proceed forward to page #23 troubleshooting summary. We find more often the control board verses touch control board. Matt Ace technician
