When I select a cycle and press start nothing happens. The motor led flashes 10 times.

What have you tried so far?
Ran a diagnostic test and it shows no errors and will not perform any function selected. Is this a control board issue? Even the hot or cold water work either.

This is a communication error between the control and the motor. There is a way to reset motor and i have attached a couple of videos on error codes and diagnostic procedures on this washer.
