The customer had the oven set to 500 degrees and forgot about it and left it for several hours. The next time and following times the oven does not heat up to where it is supposed to no matter how long the oven is on. If the customer wants it at 300 degrees, then she has to set it to 375 for the temperature to be 300. She always needs to set it 75 degrees above the temperature. What is causing the oven temperature to be low?

Hello I have added a technician diagnostic sheet for you. Run it through the diagnostics and verify its the board. We have found many circumstances of boards going out for no reason at all. When you are dealing with circuit boards and multiple relays and resistors anything can happen. Now that you have a tech. sheet run it through diagnostics and look for stored error codes. This will confirm either the board or direct you in the correct diagnoses. Matt Ace technician
