the agitator goes up and down from side to side on this machine and makes a rattling sound.
and it remains on 7 it will turn and fill but still remain on 7

Hello
See diagnostics sheet along with service pointer on U-Joint . Look at the illustration on page #5 on the parts breakdown. It sounds like your issue is in the washplate area. Matt Ace technician
