The refrigerator section is getting too cold and freezing things. The Desupply damper by the pan doesnt appear to be opening could this or the chill fan be the cause of this issue.

What have you tried so far?
A previous company has replaced the Main Damper Assembly, all of the thermistors, then we came in and replaced the main control board but fridge is still getting too cold.
