Freezer is cold but refrigerator is warm. Was checking air flow to start on refrigerator side, Incoming air seems to be coming in but the return air port is freezing over and regrigerator is not staying very cold

Cecil, it sounds like you have a part of your defrost system out. Shut the unit off with the doors open for 12 hours. Plug the unit back in and if it cools normally again after leaving it run for a few days then you have a part of your defrost system not working. I would start then by replacing your defrost timer and defrost thermostat. You can call our parts department at 1-800-830-5465 and order the parts if needed. Matt Ace technician
