REPLACED PART NUMBER DA-92-00625A AND DA-92-00215R BOTH BOARDS. ITS NOT WORKING. BOARDS WERE BURNED UP. FREEZER DOOR WHERE WATER AND ICE AND TEMPERATURE IS BLUE LIGHTS ARE MOVING UP AND DOWN. LIGHTS WORK BUT NOTHING ELSE. WHAT TO DO NOW?

Hi. It could be in a demo mode. Try to go into the diagnostic mode and check for any errors. Was this the same thing the unit did before you replaced the control boards? I have attached a tech sheet and a service manual for similar units. I hope they will work for your unit.

This refrigerator must be a very new model. This modelhas very limited resources and we do not have a service manual at this time. I did find a service bulletin on this model that may be related to your issue. See the link below. It is very unusual that we do not have access to a service manul with the multiple resources we have at our disposal. I hope this helps it is all we have at this time. Matt Ace Technician
