I need to know how force defrost and / or put in diagnostic mode, error codes

What have you tried so far?
when I got there unit was only running for 3 hours, cx shut off for 2 days to defrost, unit was frosting in freezer, door glides are stiff / hard to open & close freezer door. (possible reason for frost), ordered new glides
