i have looked at ignite-rs they are good both boards have been replaced so i know it is not the board I’m at a lose as to what it could be please help thank you.

On this model you need to make sure you have proper polarity at the outlet and it is properly grounded. If everything is good at the outlet go next to your burner tube and make sure it is properly grounded. If that is grounded make sure the igniter connections are tight and grounded. If that checks out then ohm out your gas valve and replace if needed. Gas valve part number is W10293048, Igniter part number is #9758079.

Ok i will ohm the gas valve thanks for the help. the safety valve is part of the gas valve ?
