Blomberg dryer is not heating. Is the heater not receiving enough current?

What have you tried so far?
Thermostat in the vent is 25 kohms
Top thermostat on the heater assembly is 22kohms
The top thermostat on the heater assembly is getting 0 vac
Bottom thermostat on the heater is open
Bottom thermostat on the heater is getting 240 v ac

Hi. I have attached the service manual on a similar unit. If the bottom thermostat on the heater is open it is faulty and is why the unit is not heating. You could have a shorted element or restricted air flow that caused the thermostat to go bad.
