I am working on a GE dishwasher model# GLD4456R00CS and the unit had gotten hit by a power surge and burnt out control board. I replaced control board kit ( cam with both control board and touch control board w/ connector harness). Now the clean light keeps blinking steady no pauses, and the touch pads do not work. I checked connections but all good. A bad new touch control or something else? No service tech sheet in unit.
Any help greatly appreciated thanks.

Replaced the touch control, it had to have been damaged also. I had the same situation and it corrected the problem.
