Towels still wet?

What have you tried so far?
Checked drain pump. Also checked spin mode all working. When the towels were done and open up lid no water left in tub. When you take the towel out you can ring water our of it by hand. What is the problem I can’t seem to find it. Motor is working. DRive coupler is good. What else could it be? Let me know what you think.

Hello, In most cases like this either the washer is being overloaded or the clutch is going out on it. I attached a video about the clutch replacement, it is common for older direct drive wpl washer to have a slipping clutch.
