Unit is not detecting the photos inside the usb. It does recognize the usb inserted on the slot but won’t read the photos. This is a new unit that I’m not familiar with. Please help

Hi. I have attached a tech sheet for a similar model. Not the exact unit you have. Have you tried to reset the unit by unplugging it? Then see if you can upload the pictures. Are you sure the USB and photo files are formatted correctly? I have attached the owner’s manual on a similar unit as well. On page 39 it has a small trouble shooting section for uploading photos. It says to make sure the photo files are in the root directory of the USB drive and to make sure the files are JPEG format.
