The user interface on this oven will not work at all. Acts completely dead. No clock display, and none of the buttons work, unless you turn any of the burners on. Then the touch pads work correctly. Then you can set the oven to a temperature and it will say preheat for about 5 seconds then the display goes dead again. One more thing the burners never actually heat up when you turn them on and if you turn the burner off during any of this the screen goes dark and acts like it has no power.

What have you tried so far?

I have already replaced the control board. Acts the exact same way with the new control board.

HI. This seems like an electrical issue. Check your incoming voltage. Sounds like voltage is dropping out under a load. I had a similar situation with an electric oven that ended up being an electrical issue to the appliance. If voltage checks good test it again while you turn on a burner or the oven and see if it drops out. I have attached the tech sheet for you.

  • Also check for a loose power cord at the terminal block.

You are the man Brian! Found a loose red wire at the terminal block that was melted.
  • Awesome! Glad I could help.
