This washer keep vibrating a lot on spin. I noticed that each time it happens it’s on smaller loads, it seems noisier then. Is this just a weight distribution issue or something else?

Gary, it’s very possible the load size is the issue. I would advise the customer to not wash small loads unless necessary since they are most likely causing the unit to vibrate. There’s just not enough weight to keep it balanced. Do double check the shocks and suspension are all still in place, but let them monitor and let you know from there.
