Hello
See the technician diagnostic sheet link below. You will need to start with running the unit through the diagnostic mode on page #1. All of the error codes are listed on pages 3-6. Matt Ace technician

  • Hello Is the unit powering when you start the diagnostic test ? If not have you checked power at the outlet to the incoming terminal block? If you have proper voltage there check power into the main board. TO START THE TEST:1. Place the Cycle Selector knob in position 0 (12 o’clock).2. Place the Temperature Selector in the High position.3. Place the Dryness Level Selector (for select models only) in High/Extra-Dry.4. Perform a Full Control Reset by pressing and holding the Cycle Selector knob for 6 seconds OR unplug the power cord, wait 5-8 seconds, then reconnect the power cord OR Cold-Power On.5. Within 15 seconds of the reset (or power up), with the Dryness Level Selector (if mounted) at the High position, turn the cycle selector to the Casual cycle, turn the temperature selector to the left-most (highest temp available) position, and then press and release the Cycle Selector knob. There will be a short beep then turn the temperature knob to the right-most position (lowest temp available) and press and release the Cycle Selector knob. There will be another short beep then turn the temperature selector to the left-most (highest temp available) position, and then press and release the Cycle Selector knob. This will give a two second beep to signal the unit is now in Line Test Mode. If Diagnostic Mode cannot be entered even after correct execution of Steps: 1—4, check the wiring and the edge connectors, i.e.; J7 (LC-Main Board), J7A (FSD-UI Board), J8 (LC-Main Board), J8A (FSD-UI Board), J10 (LC & FSD-Main Board), J10A (FSD_UI Board) and J9 (FSD-UI Board) and the edge connectors/wiring for the Dryness encoder and Cycle Selector. If Diagnostic Mode still not entered replace them and retry. If that does not solve the problem, replace the UI (FSD) and/or Main Board (UI & FSD) and retry.6. The following steps can be cycled through by turning the Cycle Selector knob clockwise.
