washer has the F25 error code stored 3 times & F17 store once.
History, the MCU was replaced. Customer ran 2 loads fine and now error codes back. I watched it run a complete cycle with large load of towels yesterday, no issues. This AM, the F17 code came back, customer left it right where it stopped. Load of towels drained but not spun out.
Problem is the tech sheet in washer has no F17 error code. Looking around online, someone suggested the user interface. I am loosing my sanity on ordering these parts and then wait and see if that was the fix!
ALL connections checked, wires ohmed, tach on motor ohms correctly, drains fine, pressure hose clear, no suds. Here this AM watching it again and working fine.
Anyone else come across this F17 code?
According to WP, there is no F17 error code. However, review the attached tech sheet to see what F25 means…broke wire, bad MCU, etc. My best guess would be the MCU if it can’t handle a heavy load. Run through diagnostics again with the link below.
