Washer timer light goes on but nothng else happens

Hi. I have attached a video that shows where your tech sheet is located in the dishwasher and how to run a diagnostic mode. The first thing we want to do is to put the unit into diagnostics to test the components and see if there are any stored error codes. This will help diagnose the problem. Please let me know what you find out after performing diagnostics.
